Dear Sir, I have recently recd. Msg. from your Bank that Rs. 4929.99 was spent on your Credit Card XX1659 on 26-Jan-16 at Flamingo Las Vegas. Avbl Lmt: Rs. 135730.73. Track spends with Mobile: http://goo.gl/V1isPP ., where I have not paid any single amount but still wrongly Rs. 4929 has been debited.

Dear Bhimani

You will have to first immediately block your card for further misuse by miscreants. Secondly your card information might have been stolen and being used.

Please visit nearest branch and submit the complaint in writing and take acknowledgment for the same.

We trust you may be able to recover if you prove that you have not shared your card details.

Kindly try to get chip based card for use which has more protective features.
