Mobile recharge/to get my money back?

When I was doing my mobile recharges through online using paytm and aircel website for mobile recharges. recharge was not done but the amount has been debited from my account and was not refunded. please kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank nor a regulator, which may please be noted.

As regards refund of money, you will have to write to Aircel for refund of the money. The funds stands transferred to the service provider from you account and the refund will also come from the service provider. You may also request PAYTM to check whether these funds are lying with them.
