I had tried to withdraw three times atm id f30n316302from jyoti nagar the amount of 4000 was detucted but the machine was showing give amount in multiples of 100 n no money was recieved round 12.45 pm. I contacted the manager #########40 n ########36 both wee switched off n on coutomer care that too alwaz busy so i have writtern here to take immediate action and refund my amount

Dear Paras,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

As per RBI guidelines cash retraction feature in all ATMs are supposed to have been disabled. This means that if cash is not dispensed  the same has to be automatically credited back to the account concerned. Accordingly, please check your account to satisfy that the amount debited to your account but not dispensed by the ATM has been reversed to your account. Even if it has not been reversed so far there is every possibility of the same same being credited to your account post reconciliation of accounts at the back end by the bank.

Meanwhile, without wasting further time visit your branch or any branch of the bank and lodge a claim/complaint regarding the non dispensation of cash. In case your issue is not addressed within a week, you may take up with Nodal Officer of the bank through email or surface mail. I am sure you will get appropriate remedy. Contact details of Nodal Officer can be found on the bank's website.
