Logged a Complain with RBI regarding Fraud?

Made a transaction using your bank mobile Banking feature, which allow user to transfer money to the beneficiary account using the Mobile no of Beneficiary .
Transaction was done in June'2016 and have made several complaint to your bank but no resolution.
Also, I logged Complaint in RBI against thid bank but again no resolution

Dear Paras, 

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

I am afraid the exact nature of your complaint is not comprehensible.  Is it your case that the money transferred from your account was not credited to the beneficiary account?

I presume that you have followed the correct procedures for mobile to mobile funds transfer. As per procedure, you ought to have received a confirmation of receipt on successful completion of the transaction on SMS.

Since you have already complained to the bank several times and even your complaint to RBI as claimed by you has not evoked any response, I suggest you to take up with the Banking Ombudsman. While writing to the BO, please narrate complete particulars including details of complaints lodged by you with the bank and RBI for quick,comprehensive understanding and resolution of  the issues.
