Dt.27-10-2015 To The Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Mudinepalli . Sub:- Account No.xxxxxxxxxx5435 – Reversal of amount for PO’s purchase not done dt.14-10-2015 Rs.9999/- and the amount debited to my account Rs.9999/- may please be reversed and credited to my account, as the transaction doesn’t take place. Thanking you sir, Yours sincerely,A/c.xxxxxxxxx5435.

Dear Megha

Your mail is a bit confusing.  If the PO was not purchased, why the Bank would debit your account?  If you obtained the PO, then for cancellation and credit into your account, you are required to surrender the original PO to SBI.  If you are referring to purchase of a PO online and have not received the same from the bank, you have to inform them accordingly and seek refund / reversal of the amount.  Please check out the factual occurrence and act accordingly.
