I have come across so many problems regarding bank work . when ever i need to have any thing i have to visit my HOME Branch that is what they are saying . I have internet banking too and then also i dont have full privillege . Then what is the use of Netbanking ?? And why we have so many branches when they are not linked and they dont work for other branch customers . So for each small thing i need to visit my home branch which is 300km from where i m now . So i think its just a waste of resources . They are not providing the full details ever . And the most important the customer service : they dont know what is going on in the branch they are not updated timely so how they can even help us . I m really very upset with all this bank thing .

Dear Vedh

Your complaint is extremely generic in nature.  The internet banking facility of every bank is absolutely functional and they keep updating the same very regularly to keep pace with competition.  In exigency, you can walk into any nearby branch of your bank and it is not necessary that you should be visiting Home Branch for everything.  We would be able to guide / suggest you, if you have any specific complaint / query / grievance.
