Unexpected Delay in opening salary and reimbursement account by Bank?

Dear Sir,

I joined wipro on 1st August, 2012 and put a request on 3rd August 2012, for opening of reimbursement account (all documents submitted)and mapping of my already existing salary account (acc no - xxxxxxxxxx7216, Branch, Hyderabad) to Wipro technologies.

The executive told me that it will be done in 3 working days but 10 days have lapsed but no progress is accounted in this regard.

Everyday I am following up wih Bank executives but they keep giving me some mobile numbers to enquire and I do not get a clear answer.

I have to update my account details in company's payroll by 15th August, failing to do which, my first salary payment in the company will get delayed and I will have to face a lot of issues.

Please help me by instructing bank to do it immediately (15th August is a holiday so it needs to be done today or tommorow.)
