Regarding Credit Card Payment?

I have paid my my bank credit card bill through other bank mobile app on 28th October. But amount is not credited in my credit account. Then I raised this issue with Bank & as per Bank payment is successful to other with payment ID XXXXX9967. Even after raising this issue with  bank, they have generated the bill with all late payment charges & not crediting the amount even after receiving the same with payment ID XXXXX9967. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM  BANK IS ATTACHED.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any query / complaint / grievance in respect of financial services.  This site does not belong to any Bank or a Regulator, which may please be noted.

In rare instances, the beneficiary at times, may not be in receipt of mobile payments, probably due to technical glitches.  Also, check once again, whether you have input the beneficiary, i.e., credit card issuing bank details correctly.  Once you are sure, do submit the statement of your account, depicting the debit toward the card payment to the other Bank, which should be sufficient enough for them to pass on relative credit, while reversing the late payment charges and interest if any levied, if the payment was made well within the due date.
