Non-delivery of credit card statement?

Dear Sir, 
This is for your information that, I have a credit card of your bank and the card number is XXXXXXXXXX4076. There is serious problem about the delivery of the account statement of the card to my residential address, 
I used to get the account statement of my credit card by BLUE DART courier and the only courier company who never find my address to deliver the statement to my registered address. But the fact is that in the same address, my wife Mrs. Falguni is getting her statement regularly on time by another courier. Enclosed here is the delivered envelope of Mrs. Falguni

So, I am requesting you to change the courier company BLUE DART for delivering the statement to my registered address to make it regular and hassle free as the statement of the credit card is very essential to me and it should be delivered to me on time every month.

Dear Nabhajit

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Please give a written complaint to your home branch manager under proper acknowledgement.  You can also speak to your relationship manager and ask him to ensure regular delivery of credit card statement at your address.  

Nabhajit, but why insist only on delivery of physical statement?  You can instruct your bank to send an eStatement, the moment the bill is generated, plus if you are having internet banking facility, you can very well check it at any point in time.  This is an extremely easy and comfortable way of keeping track of your credit card spends.  I am suggesting this, because I do so.
