Double payment from Bank(visa)debit card.?

On 14/11/2015 I had been made the complaint about the double payment from Bank(Visa) debit card, while purchasing the cloths from Sundaram shop, on 03/11/2015. I had already mention the details in my previous complaint. Till today since two weeks are over. There is no proper responce from your end. Hence I once again requesting to you that please settled the transaction & credit the excess payment of Rs.10547/- as early as possible. With regards,

Mr. Rajan,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

As you have not received any response from your bank for nearly two weeks, I suggest you to you to lodge a complaint with the Nodal Officer of your bank through email or letter. I am sure your complaint will get  resolved.

You can find out the details of the Nodal Officer from the bank’s website.
