Change in username?

Respected sir, I had my online banking username & password. 2-3 days before my username was used by someone and my acc. is locked for wrong password reason. i want to change my username,

How is it possible that someone else would have used your úser name'.  If your password is locked, you should be approaching your home branch for reissue of the same.  You need not change your user name, since similar user names are never allotted by banks.
