Dear Sir, Without any intimation/information my ac. holder : Ashwini Kumar Chuahan totally freeze . I am find on dated 5.12.2015 my account freeze and no any debit/credit. I am contact to customer care but he is not positive response and advise contact to base branch, then I am contact to base branch but he is not resolve my problem and forward to head office, I am very upset and mentally harassment. So sir I requested to you please resolve my problem as soon as possible. Thanking You Ashwini Kumar Chauhan Naini,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

There must be some reason for freezing your account by the bank.  You should be asking your branch manager / officials to clarify the same and thereafter take it up appropriately.
