Dear Sir, credit card departmennt has been unfair with a client by adding extra fees to a cluent's credit card

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Credit Card spends, if not paid by the due date, carry the risk of late payment fee and high quantum of interest on the unpaid balances.  Do get it touch with the card issuing bank to understand the reasons for the extra fee and if found levied wrongly, should take up for waiver.
