The behaviour of manager and employees is not good with customers .they behave very rude and bad with customers and manager never listen about the complaints

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Please complain to the relative bank management.  Bring to the notice of bank's senior management regarding the behaviour of the manager and officials of the particular branch.  The details of the senior officials of the bank would be available on their website.
