Not rreceived noc?

Dear sir, This is kindly inform you that i have finance my bike from bank  in 2008 By the name of mokam singh s/o shri rramprasad lodhi r/o ward no. 9 goteganv teh. Deori dist. Sagar m.p. my vechile regn. No. MP15MC5119 make hero honda spl+ 97cc. Still i am not get the Noc of Bike. It is warmly Requested pl be Send my NOC on the Same address as shown above. Thanking you mokam singh

Dear Mokam Singh,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Banks are unlikely to act on email requests on a matter like issuance of NOC. There is no reason for your bank not to issue NOC unless there are any specific issue. For this purpose, I would urge you to make a visit to the branch from where you had availed the loan to confirm that all your dues have been cleared and complete the formalities the bank may expect you to fulfill. 

In spite of such an exercise, the branch/bank fails to fulfill its obligation, you may escalate the matter to the Nodal Officer of the bank duly explaining the background. You may communicate to the Nodal Officer through email or letter. Contact details of Nodal Officer can be found on the bank's website. 

I am sure the bank will oblige you. If you still don't get suitable response, you can take with the Banking Ombudsman for resolution. For address of the Office of the Banking Ombudsman, Area of Operation (jurisdiction) and the procedure for lodging complaint, you may access the website https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/
