Soft copy of housing loan provisional certificate?

Dear Sir My name is JOMON.K.JOSEPH from KULAMAVU . IDUKKI . I have a home loan with your bank Moolamattom branch I need a Provisional Home Loan Interest Certificate  for my Income Tax purpose. Actually I send a E .mail application for that . in that we mentioned 30/12/15 we collect hard copy from Moolamattom branch . when we visit the same day .the respected person & Manager are not there . again we call to the branch they refusing to giving the certificate. SBT is not providing this kind of letters?? soft copy's ( hard copy to my father ) I request you to help me regarding this and send me the soft ( pdf) coy of housing loan provisional certificate . with thanks & regards JOMON.K.JOSEPH

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

You bank can not refuse to give you interest certificate of your home loan account.  If you are still not in receipt of the provisional interest certificate, please do complain to the management of the bank, whose Nodal Officer's details would be available on their website.  I am sure that your certificate would reach you in time.
