Credit card monthly statement sent to different people other than the card holder?

I asked the my  bank credit card monthly statement shall be sent my house address, but they are sending and delivering to different person other than the card holder that is mine. They sending this through speed mail courier services, but they are sending the sms for having delivered the statement to some other person other than me. This is the second time that is my son, s case also the same. When he forced them to send the courier through different courier services ( Blue dart)) then it is delivered to the correct address. which seems/looks that speed mail courier services are involved in some sort of fraud dealings, it could be from insiders of  bank is also possible. If I lost the personal data by fraudulent methods is a serious offence and i may be put irreparable hardships and loss. I am planning to lodge the police complaints shortly.

Please give a written complain to your home branch detailing the problem and ask the bank to initiate immediate remedial measure, since wrong delivery of any bank statement is fraught with serious risks.  Do speak to the branch head and brief him to take it up further with his management and the courier company too.
