Unjustified credit card locking?

Today at about 22.25pm myself log for payment of bank life insurance premium and as per system i, was opt for otp.After a long time OTP was generated and meanwhile my self opt for regenerated of OTP.At 22.27pm OTP was 366197 but again another OTP generated as 968865 at 22.29pm which is not traced to me, and repeated the OTP 366197 and card blocked.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Please get in touch with your relationship officer or branch manager and request for activation of the card.  Since you sought an OTP every two minutes, probably the card was deactivated as a security measure.
