Monthly deductions of Amb cess by Bank?

I am an Nijith Marath and i am  YOUR BANK customer since last 5 years, my a/c no is "XXXXXXXXXXX2946".Rs. 687 was deducted on 6th Feb 2016 and Rs. 600 was deducted on 25th Jan 2016 in the name of amb cess. On complaining the customer care inchrge directly refused to refund the money to me.Unauthorised money in the form of amb cess is deducted from account every month. this is day light robbery by these white collar banks. they are stealing my hard earned monry I want my money back as soon as possible or else i will have to freeze my account with the bank. Thank you

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. What is meant by 'amb cess' ?  If it is a charge levied towards non-maintenance of average monthly balance, then the deductions won't be made with such short span of difference.  Notwithstanding, it is suggested to handover a written complaint to the home branch under acknowledgement, seeking reversal of the amounts, if your account has been maintaining the required average balances during the last couple of months.  If the response from the branch is not to your satisfaction, may considering emailing the grievance to their Nodal Officer.  You can find contact details of Nodal Officer on your bank's website. In case you do not get desired response, please do not hesitate to write to BO. For address of the Office of the Banking Ombudsman, Area of Operation (jurisdiction) and the procedure for lodging complaint, you may access the website https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/.
