Customer care calling  Ms. Shiksha is calling 2-3 times a day regarding payment of credit card payment. She behave very rudely.And her way of communication is not good. Dnt know why reputed bank like your appoint such executive. I am filing complaint against her.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

It is natural for banks to follow up for recovery of dues. The current situation would not have arisen had you paid the dues on time. But no bank executive is given license to be rude with customers. In this connection, after making payment you may lodge complaint with the Nodal Officer of the bank regarding the rude behaviour of the executive concerned.

Contact details of Nodal Officer can be found on the bank's website.
