Fund Ttransfer Alert?

Sir, 
When ever I did transfer the amount or if my account credited, I didn't getting any confirmation mail to my register ID. Then how can I know, whether beneficiary account credited or not? Please check my registered mail id Name: S.Balasanthosh

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Need to first check, whether your bank sends such mail confirmations regarding the debits / credits into the accounts.  In view of the enormity of transactions (thousands/lakhs) in accounts, bank's do not initiate such mailers.  However, if you are registered for mobile alerts, would certainly get them through SMS.  Email confirmations are generally sent by banks for credit card transactions.  It is suggested to get in touch with your home branch officials for clarification and may act accordingly thereafter.
