Lien On My FD?

I applied fd on I mobile app bank and instant credit card and instantly they marked lien on my fd but denied me credit card by some lady who called arrogantly as if I am asking money from her now  bank is not removing lien from my fd I want to close my fd now what can I do.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. The instant credit card must be under process and might reach you shortly.  The lien on your FD can be removed only when the bank is sure that they have not issued the instant credit card against the same / if issued, the same is cancelled.  Hence, please bear with them.  Even after that if the card is not issued / lien not removed, speak to your relationship officer or branch manager to assist you in resolution of the issue.
