First my salary account in your bank my employer change my salary account in other bank after about 6 month my employer salary turn in same first my salary account in your bank but condition apply in employer & bank that refund account non maintain charge account holders. Bank refund my 3 month charge in 10 nubember 2015 .and December 2015, January 2016 non maintain charge deducte but not refund about RS 342.00. My customer ID XXXXXX3958 plz sir solve it.

Please take up with your bank's customer service/care department email address of which can can be found on the bank's website. If you don't receive any response you can escalate your complaint to Nodal Officer of the bank for resolution.
