Dom surcharge / tips?

Question

Sir, from my saving bank account, CCL Campus Ranchi, deduction Rs .DOM Surcharge/ Tips, 11.24, 36.20, 12.83, 14.25, 28.50 etc, on different dates i.e. between the period 22.05.2015 to 15.11.2015.
Therefore, my request is that please stop the said deduction from my saving bank account as I have not given any consent in this regard to the authority.

Please handover a written request / complaint to your home branch / bank.  Only, they would be able to look into your issue.
