Hi, I have a current account with the Tilak Nagar, New Delhi branch of your bank for more than a year. I have an international business so I keep on getting wire transfers from US and Canada. Usually the funds used to get transferred to my account the next day. However for the last 4-5 times, there have been delays in the transfers. This time it's been heights that the money was sent from my US account on 13th April, however funds have still not been deposited to my account. Everytime I speak with my relationship manager (Mr. Arvind Anand), I get a standard reply that it would be done today however that day still has n't come. This is a pure harassment for a customer and such a big issue too. I hope you have a look into this and ensure things get better. This kind of approach leads to people choosing other banks, which I would also do surely. Intact I have already stopped keeping any funds in my account for quiet sometime now. Will be looking forward for your support‎ on same.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

If the relationship officer is not responding properly, you should be approaching the branch manager for appropriate instructions.  However, in the instant case, what I assume is, the delay must be due to the intervening holidays, like for Ugadi, Ramanavami, Saturday (non-forex day), Sunday and then Mahavir Jayanti etc.  I hope, you should be getting the credit probably by tomorrow (21/4/2016).  Do wait for a day and if it is still not credited, then you should be taking up the grievance with the senior management of the bank, regarding the apathy being shown by your home branch.
