Money Dedducted Due to ATM Problem?

Question

Sir, i am holding an account in your Bank Sadar Agra Utter Pradesh- with Account & Branch Code-2467 went for transaction on 04th of April 16 for an amount of 20000-/ from bank ATM Agra Utter Pradesh .Due to some technical error, I couldn't receive the same amount and the money was deducted from my account. I have complained the customer care which is n AT - and referred to the home   branch, I met the Sadar branch & given the written complaint but still since 4 April 2016 I have not given the response and hold my same amount. Kindly take an action against this complaint and help me in this regards to get my money back. Waiting for reply on urgent basis. Details Below are mention-
