Regarding safety issue in atm branch?

Today i used your atm branch It seems the atm is not at all well maintained and not at all safe to use. 
- when you enter atm then door gets closed completely and there is no handle to open the door once you complete your transaction. You have to call someone from outside to push the door for you. Even i could not see a security even in the morning time at around 8:34.  This is the terrible thing and unfortunately my worst experience in any of the atms. If handle was broken your regional bank branch should have taken care of it.- second thing is a/c was not working. This can be ignored looking at first complaint! And if you do not wish to use a/c it is better you do not provide door to your atms as a common sense and as a safety measure!!!- third and the most important thing is your toll free number is utter useless. Because when i called them their first question was do you have your account in that branch. Why the hell will i necessarily have account in your bank if i am using atm service to withdraw money?-fourth thing they don't register complaint themselves but give me regional office pune numbers The first one is not working (User busy). It seems they must be getting many complaints so they purposely have done this. Second number i can hear the ring but nobody answers. It is already 10:15 now in the morning! -fifth thing is if i am not able to reach these numbers does your bank handle such complaints or you do not have any concern over people's safety? -as a suggestion, your customer executives should register and forward the complaint to respective branch. In such technologically advanced era you seem to be lacking behind. P.S. I will not necessarily be using your atms ever again but i care for other people's safety as a human being. I hope i will get your reply back on this issue asap.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

I appreciate your concern for the customers at large, who are using ATM, which sans certain basic amenities, as narrated by you.  I request that you should be highlighting the issue/s to the seniors of the particular bank.  You may email your observations / suggestions to the Nodal or Principal Nodal Officer of the Bank, whose details would be available on their website.  I am sure, in the best interest of the image of the Bank, they would immediately ensure remedial measures in renovating / refurbishing such deficient ATMs.
