Dear Sir/Mam 

Cash Withdraw I found 1 of the 1000/- currency is fake and pasted in four piece with two different number. Immediately same i informed to security guard he accepted and said once the people who usually put cash in atm will come i can exchange it. i waited next day i called up the guard mobile  to check weather they came or not he said yes they came and gone.and people says it can not be exchanged. illegally saying if i wish to change the fake currency then that people will charged 500/- and i will get just 500/- Instead of exchanging this fake currency they are making their deal with me. My debit card number: through which i withdraw amount is 1000

 Help Me ASAP...

Interacting with the ATM guard regarding the cut note, purportedly dispensed by ATM is not proper. The right thing to do was to ask for a complaint register from the guard, record your observations and should have right away called up the linked BOI branch to inform the incident.  The bank officials would have guided you / helped in exchanging the wrong note.  The story by the ATM guard that he would exchange the note is humbug.  He is just a guard and not supposed to act / behave otherwise.  If you are still holding the ATM slip and the note, please approach the branch of BOI seeking exchange.  You should give a feedback to the bank officials that guard has been misguiding the customers with fake statements.
