Responce is very rude from bank?

I called to check my student loan amount which I am paying from past 4 years, just wanted to check the balence, when I called the bank, they were speaking very rudely and did not give any information, when I reached the branch, Manager was speaking so rudely to everyone as if all people who were there have taken his money. this is not the right behavior....

Dear Deepak

The bank can not refuse to give you the loan balance, leave alone talking to you rudely.  You can even ask for your loan statement from the bank.  I advise you to address an application to the Branch Manager of the bank, seeking the balance of your study loan amount and also to provide a statement.  Do obtain an acknowledgement for the request you have made.  This itself would help you in obtaining the loan balance.  Always make it a point to speak to the senior officials of the bank, if responses at other levels are not forthcoming properly.
