Bank give wrong information and apply charges?

I take a bike for that i take a lone from bank. i pay monthly installement regurally. But before last 3 month branch officer came to my home and he told me in bank clerical problem last 3 chakes are scrap or not available please you pay in cash in office. from his information i pay in office . When i went to pay last instalment to told me your cheak is bouns. you pay with charges. My question is Why I pay charges? What is my mistake? i pay regurally. Then i pay all installments but branch dont give bike document and call me to pay charges.

As regards application of charges in your loan account, you may escalate the matter, giving full details about loss of cheques by the Bank and cash deposit by you subsequently, to nodal officer - grievances whose coordinates would be available on the Bank's website. If the issue remains unresolved, you may approach Banking Ombudsman for resolution.
