I lost my ATM Card from bus while travelling,I want to know how to block ATM card I am trying to call customer care but they are not taking my call and bank employees is saying they can not block my card from branch sir please help me and block my card before my money stolen.

Dear Anand

1. Customer Care services for loss of ATM cards would be available 24 x 7

2. Bank/Branch employees can not refuse to accept your request for blocking a lost ATM card.  

Do once again try to speak to [a] customer care and [b] insist the bank official/s to block the ATM card, if you have any nearby branch of the bank, wherein you hold the account.
