BANK Credit Cards — Not Receiving credit card statements , e- statements to the registered e- mail and mobile?

I am having Credit card ending no 1394. For the last 3 months I am not receiving e- statements to the registered e-mail and no sms alerts /message I would like to receive hdfc credit cards statement of my account for the last 6months yours faithfully Vidyasagar Gorityala

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any query / complaint / grievance in respect of financial services.  This site does not belong to any Bank or a Regulator, which may please be noted.

HDFC Bank is generally very punctual and particular in forwarding statements on registered email ID along with SMS alerts.  You can also get registered for net banking and browse / download your credit card statement/s.  However, once you need to visit any nearby branch of HDFC Bank and furnish a 'CRF' [customer request form] for the net banking facility or you can do it online by logging into their website, www.hdfcbank.com.
