Sir/Mam, Please note that your department of bank has irrated me lots. Whenever, i called them they just picked up my call and hanged up within 2 sec. they do not have willing to help the people and have attitude like dictatorship here. My problem is that an bank kit  has been shipped by from bank. My POD I have traced this item which shows in however, tried to make contact multiple time but getting no respone. Kindly arrange a delivery on my shipping address.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Please talk to the senior officials of the bank branch.  The front desk officers are generally under pressure from visiting customers, and hence, at times would not be able to respond with full details over phone.  Alternately, you can also speak to the sourcing official, who took your application and opened the account.
