Transanction related issue?

i am ratan raj singh
i filled up sahkari sansthagat sewa mandal form
registration fees is 500 rs only
but price deducted is 10114 rs from bank of india
my transaction id is DU31700203
transaction date - 20/09/2015
pls chek my problm and rply me
asap

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any query / complaint / grievance in respect of financial services.  This site does not belong to any Bank or a Regulator, which may please be noted. 

As regards excess debit of the amount from you BoI account, you may seek details of the debit from the Bank. If you have given authority for payment of registration charges amounting to Rs 500/- then you will have to approach Sahakari Sanstha for details of the amount debited. If the funds stands transferred to Sahakari Sanstha, please check the debit authority available with the Bank and if Bank is in possession of a rightful authority, you will have to take up the issue with Sahakari Sanstha for resolution of the issue.
