Sir, My name is Mr. Bapuji chava. I have a bank account, and also debit card one week back i am trying to pay the electricity bill, at that time i entered the security password wrongly. due to that reason my bank debit card was blocked from that day.Please solve the problem.

Dear Bapuji

You should be taking up the matter with your home branch.  It seems, you haven't approached the bank/branch at all.  Please speak to the front desk officials / branch manager and seek immediate activation of the debit card.
