Atm pin not delivered from 15 days?

Hello Dear sir, I have lost my ATM and complaint on Customer Care they given good feedback so i got my ATM from blue dart courier on 18-Oct-2015 with one more message that pin will send from first flight courier consignment but i don't receive any ATM pin from first flight courier due to that i m suffering very badly in problem .. I as soon as possible track my request and do needful it's urgent

You mail did not mention, whether you had taken up the non-receipt of PIN with your home branch.  If the PIN is delayed beyond 3 days from the receipt of your debit / atm card, you should approach / complain to your bank for issuance / re-issuance of the same.  Alternately, it could be so provided that you can generate the PIN on your own.  The bank officials would clarify the same.
