Credit card fraud by standard chartered bank?

Question

I had reported on invalid transaction and non authorised transaction by audible on 1st sep 2015, though my bank reversed this transaction but the same was applied again on my account on manhattan card: xxxxxxxxx2101 on 1st october 2015 and then again on 1st november 2015 ; this is negligence and carelessness by standard chartered bank, i never expected bank (manhattan card ) to be so lazy and careless on the customer protection and fraud prevention...

Dear Surichi

Please take it up in writing with Standard Chartered Bank under acknowledgement.  I'm sure, the reversal would be done by them without loss of time.  In the absence, you may complain to Banking Ombudsman.
