Noc of two wheeler vehicle?

Hi My name is Mir Mohsin Ali, I have purchased the vehicles on loan from bank The loan is clear and it's closed already. I'm yet to get the NOC since long time. The vehicle is hero cbz xtream registration number AP 12 L 8308. Kindly do so the needful. I need It urgent.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

It is a normal process for any bank to issue NOC to its borrowers for removal of charge  noted in Registration Certificate in respect of  hypothecated vehicles. I fail to understand why you have not been able to get it in case you have paid of the loan.

Please approach your bank and make a request and the bank would oblige you.
