Complaint - SMAB chgs?

Dear Sir/Madam, I am using saving a/c for the last 7 yrs.  My account has been debited 3 times as a SMAB chgs. 1) On 29/09/2015 Rs. 513 2) on 31/10/2015 Rs. 513 & 3) On 27/11/2015 with Rs. 515. There was no prior intimation from bank about this deduction which is totally wrong. I am requesting here for all my deduction to be refunded.

Since you stated that you hold an account for 7 years, you must definitely be aware of the average minimum balance to be maintained.  If your account has been debited for the last 3 months only, it is possible that you might have maintained the required MAB prior to that.  It is not clarified in you mail, whether you hold a salary or a normal savings account.  If it is a salary account, generally the MAB charges are levied, if the salary is not getting credited.  You need to check this also.  However, do speak to your home branch manager and seek details of the deductions and thereafter you may decide, how it can be taken up further for reversal of the charges, if they were levied wrongly.
