Forcefully asking for benifits?

Customer care(Ladies) asked me for some befits for your card after that they asked me to pay amount for those benefits .I told that that i am not interested in paying for those benefits they but they are not listening to my word and behaviour was totally rough. below is the customer care from where i got the call  please take serious action other wise I will discontinue my card

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

As regards your complaint, it appears to be a case of misunderstanding. It would be better if you approach your bank to get the right perspective and decide the next course of action as you may deem appropriate.
