Auto debited around 5 times of Rs. 3493.71/- and made my balance to negative amount?

My account auto debited around 5 times of Rs. 3493.71/- even if i didn't have that much account in my account. My balance became Rs. -2825.14/- which is not possible in any bank. I complained against this issue, but not yet resolve. Its been more that more that 3 months.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

If the auto debit happens 5 times continuously, instead of at the given time gaps, the bank should be reversing the extra debits.  However, had you given some more details regarding the nature of auto debit and the frequency, it could have been more clear for a proper suggestion.  Notwithstanding, do take it up with your bank in writing seeking reversal of the additional auto debits.
