Smab charges deducted 4 times without prior information?

My account with account number ending with ********5995 has been deducted with SMAB charges 4 times ( Rs.399 on 29/08, Rs.399 on 29/09, Rs.513 on 31/10, Rs.515.25 on 27/11) without me being informed on a prior basis which is not correct. And I do see that  has being doing it for most of the customers on reviewing through the complaints here. Hence kindly look into this on a Urgent basis & make arrangement for the amount to be credited back as it was debited without informing the Account holder. And in case after being informed, if the account is not being maintained then the amount can be debited after prior information to customers.  PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

The reason for debiting SMAB charges must be due to non-maintenance of required average minimum balance.  You need to check the scheme of the account you opened with the Bank and related charges.  If the charges have been wrongly debited, inspite of complying with the scheme norms, do complain to your home branch in writing, under acknowledgement.  If the branch is not responding positively, might also complain to the Nodal officer of the Bank, whose details would be available on their website.  In case you do not get desired response, please do not hesitate to write to BO. For address of the Office of the Banking Ombudsman, Area of Operation (jurisdiction) and the procedure for lodging complaint, you may access the website https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/.
