Dear sir, I have paid my phone bill till date two days before. But sim not activated after the payment. I have contacted with our vendor also. He also could not resolve it till now. I will be thankful to you if you help me regarding this issue. Because my allotted mobile no. Is very important for the region. Regards rajesh panda chanel manager rbo-6, midnapore

Please note that this site is managed by a group of Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers to raise any complain/query in respect of financial services offered by a Bank and to advise them suitably for resolution. This site does not belong to any Bank nor a regulator and we can not take up your case directly with your Bank.

Since your case pertains to non-renewal of the SIM, please take up the case with your Service provider. In the meantime, please verify your Bank account, if you have paid the mobile bill through Online Banking service of your Bank which has resulted debiting of your account (some times due to the server problem, after debit of your account, the amount is not credited to the Mobile service provider's account but gets recredited back your account).
