I am kuldeep singh and my account in your bank palla branch, i have topup recharge on 23/12/2015 but recharge not success full than my amount 490 is debit my account.after that a message receive my register mobile no. ur amount refund within 15 minute but amount not credit my a/c then i have complaint in your bank customer care three times but not amount credit in my A/c

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Please do handover a written complaint to your home branch officials / manager regarding the issue.  Trust, they would be able, either able to arrange for the recharge or refund.
