I have applied a personal loan bank recently 1 week back for 2 Lakh rupees and My loan got approved and it has been credited in to my account on Monday evening (03/02/2016). but out of 2 lakh rupees the bank people has deposited only 1, 93, 427 rupees to my account.. on this issue called the customer care people They Said For Loan processing and other documentation charges 2100 has been debited and the remaining whole amount 4, 365/- the bank people are saying for insurance it has been debited...I haven't said to the bank people that i need insurance for my personal loan...But With out My Permission They Directly Debited My Amount and Not giving Proper Response Now...I called The Sales Executive Who is in touch with me Regarding to the Personal Loan Matter  and His Name is : Rajesh Manikker (Sales Executive person in your bank) and Today also i have called that person but he is not answering to my call no.of times i called him... And From Customer care People I got the Sales Manager who approved my Loan And he is also not giving proper answer...So Please I sincerely Beg you to please consider My Complaint And Take an Immediate Action On This...And Kindly Help me in Getting Back My Amount to my Account...

At the outset please note that this site is managed by a group of Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers to raise any complain/query in respect of financial services and to advise them suitably for resolution. This site does not belong to any Bank nor a regulator and we can not take up your case directly with your Bank.

Regarding issuance of the Insurance policy without your permission, you have been cheated by the Bank. Please follow the below steps :-

1.    Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online furnishing the details.

2.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

3.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

4.     If still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman within your jurisdiction (either through letter or email), whose website is https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/
