Ticket not booked amt debited and not reversed?

I booked a ticket through  your net banking, Amt debited but ticket was not booked... till date amt was not refunded... do the needful asap.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Please handover a written complaint to your home branch seeking refund of the amount, if you are sure that the ticket was not booked and the fare amount was not remitted to the beneficiary by the bank.
