Dear, I am a former employee of  Bank, Trivandrum branch, Kerala.I was under notice period from 3/10/2015 to 7/11/2015.My last working day was November 7th 2015.I have completed the separation process in the systems also.It has been more than three months since I have resigned from the bank, Still I haven't got any intimation regarding my relieving letter and F&F settlement. I have already sent a few mails regarding the same and still the issue is not resolved. This is just not the right way to treat your employees and if you can't treat your employees well, then how will you be able to satisfy your customers.I am fed up with sending mails and remainders regarding the issue. Please consider this as an emergency request and kindly complete the remaining procedures as immediate as possible so that I could get my relieving letter and F&F settlement at the earliest.
Please do the needful.
Regards,
Pramod Prem

Dear Pramod

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Being an ex-employee, the issue is internal to the bank, where you worked earlier.  Please take it up with the HRD or Nodal Officer for grievances of the Bank.

The issue raised by you does not fall within the scope and objectives of this platform. Nonetheless I would suggest you to send a proper representation addressed to HR Department of your bank. In the communication you must highlight your travails arising out of non issuance of reliving letter by your ex-employer. A copy of the letter may be endorsed to MD & CEO of the bank. If you don't get any response within 15 days of your letter you may issue a legal notice to the bank through an advocate. For this purpose, you may approach an advocate who may charge a nominal count. No need to go to any hi-fi lawyer for the purpose. The lawyer notice would surely wake up your employer to provide you appropriate response/relief.

Regards
