Delay in credit card info?

I am prakash...Ur service is really hopeless...if any one is seeing this complaints please feel free call me XXXXXX5895. I am in need of credit card and have applied and also given all the required documents...but no call, no infirmation regarding the status..if u guess dont provide..plz dont tell that you give credit card..

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

You must know that banks issue credit card only those meeting  specific criterion and entirely at their discretion. It is possible that you did not qualify for credit card as per the bank's  requirements.  The criterion may differ from bank to bank. Therefore, even if one bank has not considered your application, it will be possible for you to get credit card from another bank. So don't be disheartened.

You may contact the official who had collected the credit card application from you and completed the requisite formalities to ascertain the reasons for not considering your application for  credit card.
