 Unauthorised amount transfer ( Rs 19990 ) from my account?

Hello Sir

 

Above mentioned amount had been debited from my account by an anonymous person. 
he called me and ask me my account details but i didnt provide my one time password and ATM pin to that person, 
despite of that amount had been stolen from my account.

Please Help me in this

Hi Anupam,

Yo have not furnished detailed information. However, (a) Please go to the nearest branch, submit your application in duplicate and obtain the acknowledgement, (b) To identify the person, who withdrew cash, ascertain from which Bank ATM (whether your Bank or a different Bank) the cash was withdrawn. If the ATM belongs to your Bank, verify the ATM CCTV footage. If the ATM belongs to another Bank, inform your Bank to call for the CCTV footage from the other Bank. In the meantime also lodge a Police complaint. If you Bank does not respond to your satisfaction, you can lodge complaint with the Banking Ombudsman (please note that before approaching the Ombudsman, you must have registered your complaint in writing).
