I applied for bank credit card,
 After approval i got follwoing mail below from bank.

 Now you can track your deliverable status 
Sincerely, Customer Service Team Bank Limited."
 This is an auto generated e-mail Please do not reply.
 On 08/09/2015 when i cheched status through iTrack it was undelivered and returned to bank.
 when i called Blue dart customer care they told that consignee was not available that is why it was returned to bank.
 Whom they tried to deliver i dont know because i never got any call from blue dart regarding this.
 When i tried to contact  customer care they asked for credit card number which u do not know
so plese try to get solve this problem ASAP, 
otherwise if any incident will happen from my credit card then who will be responsible for this.

Hi Sunil,

Lodge your complaint with the Customer Service Cell, ICICI Bank through email. If you do not receive satisfactory reply, for positive resolution, you may lodge your complaint with Banking Ombudsman.
